Instruments returned under this 30 Day Return policy must be accompanied by the Timberline® issued RMA number, be in new condition and in original packaging. Instruments returned with physical modification or damage by the purchaser may not be eligible for this return offer at the determination of Timberline® Guitars inbound Quality Control Department. Timberline® Guitars reserves the right to reject instruments that do not pass out inbound return Quality Control department inspection. On approval by Timberline® QC Department 100% refund will be issued through Shopify or QuickBooks depending on method of payment originally used.
